Who we are

Hills to Climb, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Baltimore, Maryland. This page covers this website.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any website host, Vercel handles the basic technical information needed to deliver pages to your browser, such as your IP address and browser type.

Contact and application forms

The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone and organization, a topic, and your message. The job application also asks for the role, your availability, relevant experience, why you are interested, and optional training and a résumé or portfolio link.

When you send a form, it goes by email to the Hills to Climb team, delivered by Resend, so we can reply. The website doesn’t keep its own copy. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick check to make sure the form is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. Your entries are not sent to Cloudflare.

Donations

Gifts, one-time or monthly, are made in Stripe’s secure checkout on our donate page. Stripe collects and processes your payment details, so Hills to Climb never sees your card number.

When you give, Hills to Climb keeps a record of your gift (your name, email address, the amount, and the date) in its private staff records. We use it to send your receipt and keep our giving records. Receipts come by email from website@hillstoclimb.org.

If you give monthly, you can update your card or cancel through Stripe’s secure portal, using “Manage a monthly gift” on the donate page.

How we use and share it

We use what you send us to reply to you, consider your application, and receive and acknowledge your gift. We don’t sell your information or share it with other organizations for their own use. Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and Vercel help us run this website as service providers.

Youth and families

This website does not accept completed camper packets, medical information, identity documents, or signatures. Families should coordinate required paperwork with their youth program and the Hills to Climb team. There are no family or partner accounts on this website.
