Accessibility

The outdoors is for everyone. This site should be, too.

We want everyone to be able to learn about Hills to Climb, reach our team, and give. This site was designed and tested toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Choose your pace

Use the Accessibility button on any page to stop motion, increase contrast, or enlarge reading text. You can minimize the floating button and reopen these controls from the compact shortcut or Accessibility in the footer. Your choices stay in this browser, and your device’s reduced-motion preference is respected automatically.

How we test

We designed this site toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Every page has been checked with automated axe accessibility tests, and the site uses keyboard- and screen-reader-friendly patterns throughout.

Automated checks can’t catch everything, so we don’t claim full conformance. If something gets in your way, we want to know.

Tell us what is difficult

Our accessibility contact form ↗ has a dedicated topic for website feedback, or you can call (410) 635-1073 for help reaching the team.

Stripe’s secure checkout and the spam check on our forms come from other services. If either is hard to use, please call and we’ll help you give or get in touch.
